We negotiate offers for a discounted settlement with the IRS, using tools such as the Offer In Compromise, which allows you to wipe out your entire tax liability and release your federal tax liens. We can also request an appeal so that the IRS examiner re-examine your case to reduce the amount you owe. We will also request a reduction in the penalties that have been assessed presenting valid reasons and hopefully reduce the penalties to zero. We will file your un-filed tax returns for as many years as necessary and offer a payment plan to the IRS that is workable for you. In addition, we will represent you before the IRS so that you do not have to represent yourself.
